Refund policy

It will be a pleasure to work with you! As good communication is key, please read the Cancellation and Refund Policy before booking.

As follows:

Cancellations happen and are completely refundable if initiated 24 hours before the scheduled service.  Refunds will not be issued for Cancellations initiated within 24 hours of the service. There will be No Refund for services rendered. Refund in full would be processed to the payment method used. 

To initiate a Cancellation, please complete the following step:

Contact Spiral Embrace via email (spiralembrace@gmail.com) indicating your contact and appointment date/time to initiate Cancellation. The timestamp on the email will determine the eligibility for Refund.
